ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Maintains a strong level of professionalism working to establish a positive rapport with every customer via call, chat, or email.
  • Documents product issues and enhancements escalating information to leadership.
  • May create and/or update customer support cases, as needed, and determine the correct support queue for submission and resolution.
  • Answer how-to questions and help customers learn how to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot complex products.
  • Take ownership of resolving customer needs, coordinate and execute solutions, and ensure full completion of all related tasks and required follow-up.
  • Serve as a brand expert, liaison, and ambassador during all interactions.
  • Collect and document insights on customer and business needs to help the organization craft improvements.
  • Contribute to the ongoing success of the organization and fellow team members by developing best practices and sharing knowledge.
  • Maintain expected metrics.
  • Completes training requirements to learn new skills and processes, grow knowledge of systems, and develop proficiency in company values, organizational requirements, and competencies needed for the Expert role.

TO BECOME A PART OF OUR TEAM:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Open to work at any Operation schedule.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a related field; or
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience is sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
  • Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks. Works on generally routine assignments, occasionally deviating from defined procedures.
  • Strong communication and customer relation skills.
  • Willingness to continuously learn about new products, systems, and policies.
  • Experience using a computer and Microsoft Office products is a must.
  • Demonstrate skills in courtesy, concern, timely resolution, value creation, and relationship building.
