A leading brand in household appliances, is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting customers with their needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping others.
What would you do in this role:
· Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails promptly.
· Provide detailed information on company's products and services.
· Assist customers with product trouble shooting and technical support.
· Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Company's products and promotions.
· Stay informed about company policies and procedures.
· Educate customers on product features and benefits.
· Accurately log and update customer interactions in the CRM system.
· Maintain records of customer complaints, inquiries, and feedback.
· Work closely with other call center representatives and departments to ensure seamless service.
· Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
· Assist customers with product troubleshooting and technical support.
To become part of our Team:
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
· Proficiency in using CRM software and other computer applications.
· Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
